Are your products for human use?

No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only, and are not for human consumption.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Every batch we sell is independently tested by a third-party lab, and batch-specific COAs are available — see our Testing & COA's page for current documentation.

Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We're Australian owned and operated, and all orders are dispatched from within Australia. This avoids the customs delays and uncertainty that come with overseas suppliers. We ship in 24-48 hours express with Australia Post.

What's your returns policy?
